Recently, we were chosen to host a Cars themed party for the
DisneySide @Home Celebrations campaign.

We were beyond excited, and anxiously awaited the arrival of our party kit! Once our UPS mobile tracking app alerted us of our delivery date we made sure we were prepared to pounce greet our UPS driver!

Our Disney Side Celebrations box was filled with 100% Disney magic!! My little guy was truly filled with joy. {and I had some fun of my own, as I sprinkled the opened box with star confetti}

So many fun items inside: from laundry soap, lugguage tags, party supplies, and snacks!
We couldn't wait to rev our engines, and get planning!

We are Disney annual pass holders, and visit the parks often! {We live about 25 minutes away.}
I couldn't think of a better place to have our Cars themed party than inside Cars Land, at Disney California Adventure park! We gathered our friends & other mommies that are also annual pass holders. We knew they would be the perfect combination to help show off our Disney Side!

We didn't travel lightly for this trip to Disney California Adventure Park.
We made sure to bring everything we needed, to host a super fun Cars themed party!
The parks' picnic spot served as the perfect place to hold our celebration.
There were plenty of tables, shady trees, and lots of room for our little guests to spin their tires!

We made sure our party guests were given the Disney Side treatment... We handed out pit passes, and super fun party crowns!

My little guy's smile is proof that he was enjoying the party! Nothing better than showing your Disney Side, with friends.

And no party is complete without tasty treats & drinks!
Disney inspired cake pops were as cool looking, as they were delicious.

Lightening McQueen inspired cookies raced over for an apprearance!
The mini checkered flag cookies made our cupcakes even more fun to eat.

The party table was my favorite. I incorporated cars, checkered duck tape, and tool boxes.
I used Rustoleum semi gloss black spray paint to cover some gold chargers,
and then I hand painted road stripes all around to give it speedy look!

A strip of checkered duck brand duct tape added a fun element to our bottles of punch.

Each party guest received a mini tool box, found at the 99cent only store.
We filled them with Crayola crayons, notepads, race cars, a slinky, and other fun stuff!

The cool car shaped food holders worked out great for
holding our Ritz crackers & mini bottles of Hawaiian punch!

After the treats & festivities, we all headed over to Cars Land!
One of our favorite things to do, is watch the Radiator Springs racing cars speed by.

The guests loved cheering on their favorite colored race car!

Our Disney Side @HomeCelebration was a success!
Sharing our Disney Side with friends is what it's ALL about!

A big thank you to the following vendors/friends, for donating their time, talent, product, and
little people, to help make our Disney Side Cars party a SUPER FUN time!!
