GRADUATION PARTY IDEAS!

It's hard for me to believe that Graduation is nearly here! Party planning is in the works, and I've got some easy Grad party ideas for you!

Whether you'll be celebrating a high school Graduate, or honoring a college Grad, this {free} chalkboard printable set, from Printabelle, adds the perfect touch to your celebration! What I love most about the set, is that it coordinates so well with splashes of other colors.

By attaching foam boards together, and covering them with gold polka dotted wrapping paper, I was able to create this backdrop. I also added some adorable paper fans from My Paper Crush, and gold stars for an extra pop! The “good luck” sign from Printabelle is a sweet way to wish your graduates the best!

To tie the rest of the table together, I used shimmery gold fabric as a table cover, and some simple props such as a globe, some mini suitcases, and some fake books.

An easy way to keep your guests satisfied before the main course, is to serve small portions of snack food, such as carrots & celery sticks, and a snack mix, displayed in coordinating baking cups.

And don't forget the cupcakes! They can be an easy alternative to a big cake, depending on the number of guests you have. I dressed up some store bought cupcakes with some super festive graduation toppers, from our friends at Creativities Galore. They can also customize their graduation toppers to coordinate with your school colors!

I also added some fun striped cupcakes wrappers, from Hoopla Events.

With Printabelle's printable labels, I wrapped water bottles, for an extra fun touch. I also attached paper flags to the straws. Instantly, you have a festive party beverage!

Displaying straws inside of a painted glitter jar by Just Add Glitter By Marla added another special touch to the party display.

To commemorate the graduating class, I placed gold wrapped candies inside of ceramic numbers, from Hoopla Events

Don’t let your guests go home empty handed. Dress up a favor box, or bag, attach a printable tag, and send them off with goodies!

I hope you enjoyed my party tips, and they inspire you to throw your own memorable graduation celebration. Congratulations to all our class of 2015!
