The hustle & bustle of the holiday season has begun! We do a lot of entertaining around this time of year, and with our busy family schedules, easy + delicious recipes are in high demand.

Are you short on time, but want to prepare a mouth-watering recipe to share at your next gathering? Then you'll want to check out my recipe for this amazing, warm bean dip!

Whenever I have shopping to do, I always rely on Walmart to have everything I'm looking for. I grabbed a can of Rosarita refried beans, fresh produce, and other ingredients needed for my easy to make taco dip!

Are you ready to get started?! Here is the list of ingredients I used: (Makes 20 appetizer cups)

1 can (16 oz) Rosarita refried beans
1 pkg (8 oz) of softened cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 Tblsp taco seasoning mix
2 garlic cloves
2 c. shredded cheese
1 med. tomato
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 Tblsp fresh cilantro
Tortilla chips

You might notice that the taco seasoning packet isn't seen in my picture. That's because I thought I had some at home, but then realized {at the last minute} that I did NOT have any! So, off to Walmart I ran! *giggle

I usually double my recipe because it's so delicious! You'll see what I'm talking about after you make it for yourself. Don't say I didn't warn you!

If you're ready to run out the door to grab your recipe ingredients, here's a little help on where to find things at Walmart. These products are perfect for creating an easy, and delicious recipe that will also save you time in the kitchen. Who doesn't want more time to party & mingle at their own party?!

Now for the easy-peasy prep work!

Preheat your oven to 350.
Spread Rosarita refried beans in the bottom of your pan. (Glass pans work just as well. I used stoneware)

In a bowl, you will combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and garlic. Mix well.

Next, you will take your cream cheese mixture, and spread it on top of the Rosarita refried beans. Sprinkle your shredded cheese on top, and pop in the oven for 15 - 18 minutes, or until hot & cheese is melted.

While your super delicious dip is heating, you'll need to prepare the toppings.
Dice your tomato, thinly slice your onions (I took a short cut and bought a container of already chopped green onions - See, I told you this was an easy recipe!) Chop your cilantro, pull out the tortilla chips, and wait for the dip to finish heating.

Once your dip is out of the oven, throw on your fresh ingredients: cilantro, onions, and chunks of tomato. Be careful! Your recipe will be hot to the touch.

Next, spoon the warm bean dip into small appetizer cups, set on a festive tray, and serve.
So easy, right?! I also forgot to mention that your house will smell out of this world. Seriously!

If you don't have access to appetizer cups, small festive plates will work just as great!

This year, my party colors were red, gold, and black. Such a pretty color combo! I set up a table near our sparkly Christmas tree, and set out some appetizer plates.

Since I was going for a slight ethnic feel, I wanted my party decor to reflect that as well. I took a mini pinata, found at my local party store, and spray painted him gold. I embellished him with black pom-pom ribbon, and a big red rose. Nothing super fancy, but just a fun touch to add to my party table!
