Warm Summer evenings call for easy cooking options! I love simple meal solutions that don't skimp on quality. And because I think Summer should be more about fun times with my family, and less time in the kitchen, I prepared Tyson® Individually Frozen Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts for an easy meal solution! Did you know that they're individually frozen? Yep! So you can cook only the amount you need to.

While doing my weekly shop at Walmart, I came across Tyson's new chicken breast product, and it really caught my attention! I've always loved the quality of Tyson - and just like all of their chicken, these thinly sliced breasts are all natural. They also have 21 grams of protein. The best part? They can be used straight from your freezer! No more defrosting your chicken at the last minute.

We eat chicken often, so I'm always trying to come up with different meal ideas that will keep my family interested. My latest recipe was a tasty create-your-own Hawaiian grilled chicken salad! A nice medley of baby lettuce topped with your choice of pineapples, avocado, mushrooms, onions, and Tyson thin sliced boneless breasts taking center stage. My meal plan was a hit! My family loved creating their own salad creations, and I loved that we all ate chicken with no added hormones or steroids!

We enjoy dining out on the patio. For this particular dinner experience, I put together a salad bar station, complete with different topping ideas and how to add them to your salad: sprinkle, crumble, and top! In place of a traditional tablecloth, I covered our patio table with brown craft paper. I then took a marker and hand wrote steps on how to build-your-own delicious grilled chicken salad! I set out food boxes, utensils, and napkins.

For my recipe, I marinated the Tyson chicken breasts in a simple mixture of Hawaiian-style barbeque sauce, and pineapple. It was bold, and delicious!

Here is what you'll need:

4 - 6 Tyson® Individually Frozen Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 16oz bottle Hawaiian-style bbq sauce
Salad mix
Salad toppings of your choice (I chose pineapple chunks, avocado, mushrooms, and onions)

I marinated the chicken breasts for 30 minutes, and grilled them on my skillet. They were done quickly and I was able to start setting up my dinner table in no time flat.
Cut the chicken in strips to use as a salad topping. Enjoy!

Tyson's thin sliced chicken breasts are so convenient and takes less than 30 minutes to cook! Less time in my kitchen means more time for family fun. For more Tyson recipes, how to's, and where to buy, head to the Tyson brand page

I'd love to hear how you'll be enjoying Tyson® Individually Frozen Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts! What are your meal plans this Summer?
