Paris Themed Painting Party - LAURA'S little PARTY

Paris Themed Painting Party

July 01, 2017

Paris themed parties are one of my favorite themes! They're often decorated in pretty shades of pink, Eiffel towers, and even pink poodles! I've always wanted to throw a Paris themed party, and I was thrilled to finally have that chance. I also wanted to incorporate a fun activity for the party guests so I created a Paris themed painting party. Ooh la la!

The Pink Paris Passport Standee was the perfect backdrop for our dessert table. So many sweet details topped the darling Party in Paris Table Cover. Black Paper Lanterns, and Pink Tissue Balls hung from above, and looked super festive!

Parties are the perfect place to enjoy sweet treats! Our dessert table had pretty pink cupcakes topped with mini Eiffel towers, and pink poodles, from Meri Meri. The cupcakes looked so chic with personalized Pink Paris Cupcake Wrappers.

We served popcorn in plastic striped popcorn boxes, and the guests sipped on pink lemonade. I added Black Eiffel Tower cutouts throughout the party table and attached one to the drink dispenser.

A perfect pairing of pink & black paper straws were displayed in a Mason jar from Just Add Glitter By Marla. I left a small stack of Party in Paris Cups nearby for the guests to help themselves.

One of my favorite things about our Paris Themed Painting Party were these adorable Party in Paris Treat Boxes! I displayed them on cake stands after they were filled with sweet treats.

Across from our Paris party dessert table, I set up a painting area for our little artists. I covered the painting table with Pink Flat Paper. This was ideal for any possible paint mishaps. I decorated the pink paper table cover with fun French words, hearts, and sketches of the Eiffel tower.

Each guest got a chance to paint their own works of art! I sketched out an Eiffel tower on each small foam board, and set the boards out to resemble painting easels. I left a black Wool Beret on each "easel" for our little artists to wear. Some of the guests even enjoyed wearing a Self Adhesive Mustache - Oui Oui!

Each Pink Gable Favor Box served as a painting kit for the guests. I added Party in Paris Stickers, and attached paint brushes with Black Grosgrain Stripes Ribbon. I filled little paper baking cups with just enough paint to get their creative juices flowing.

I also set out a Mini Art Canvas and a Mini Wooden Easel for our artists to take home and continue their creativity!

We didn't want any starving artists, so we made sure to keep the Party in Paris Plates & cups nearby so they could nibble on party treats & snacks, as they painted their Eiffel towers.

Our little artists had a great time spending the day in Paris! They left with full tummies, painting kits filled with goodies, and their own special artwork.
