Unicorn Party Ideas - LAURA'S little PARTY

Unicorn Party Ideas

July 03, 2017

Unicorn parties are so magical! I recently put together a sweet unicorn themed party that had the little girls feeling special. Using some adorable products from Shindigz, I was able to create a perfect unicorn table setting that was fit for darling unicorn believers. Pastels, stripes, polka dots, glitter and a little bit of magic were all helpful tools in creating this whimsical party! Not to mention, some of the most precious desserts that you ever did see.

To create a magical tablescape, I covered our table with a roll of pink paper. I absolutely LOVE that you can easily throw the cover away when the party is over. So perfect for quick clean up! On top of the paper table cover, I set out a sweet, white petal table runner. Pretty rainbow ombre foiled plates held our guests' yummy treats, and I coordinated each place setting with ombre foiled party cups, and ombre foiled luncheon napkins. On top of each plate, I added some confetti poppers, and a darling unicorn horn hat.

Plastic toy unicorns pranced on top of the table as the girls nibbled on their sweet treats. Nicole from Bella's Bakery whipped up some beautiful unicorn pretzel rods and rainbow gem Oreos that had little flecks of gold!

Scrumptious unicorn cookies made an appearance at the party, along with a beautiful cake, all made by Maddi, from Sweet Talk Bake Shoppe! On top of the cake, I added a gold glitter streaming star cake topper that added the right amount of shimmer!

Hanging above the party table were some pastel colored tissue balls, paper lanterns and a pink tissue tassel. I also hung a pretty pink chandelier above the table. It added the perfect touch of glam & sparkle!

Some of our little guests wore a pretty feather party crown. One thing is for sure, they were adorable!

There was no shortage of sweet treats for our guests! Precious pink cupcakes were topped with rainbow tailed unicorns, from a unicorn cupcake kit. For a little whimsical touch, I added some pink tissue festooning around a cake stand. Simple and sweet.

I made simple white balloons look like unicorns by using a Unicorn Balloon Kit. They were pretty easy to assemble, and added a sweet touch as the unicorns watched over the sweet cotton candy ice cream cups!

Pastel Rainbow Ice Cream Cups from The Bakers Party Shop held our unicorn treats perfectly. The colorful treat was made up of a cupcake, unicorn cookie, rainbow cotton candy, sprinkles, and sweet unicorn toppers.

Our unicorn themed party wouldn't be complete without a special place for our guests to hang out - a unicorn hideaway, if you will. I personalized a chalkboard standee and placed it near the entrance of a canvas teepee. The teepee is a nice size, and looked so magical after I had painted it in colors of lavendar, pink, and aqua.

To welcome our unicorn-loving guests, I hung paper decor and added pastel paper fans. You can also catch a peek of the giant confetti balloon!
