Western Outdoor Movie Party

I created a DIY movie screen by attaching a canvas drop cloth to some PVC pipe. I slipped the PVC pipe over metal rebar for support. To give my movie screen a more rustic western feel, I used a Western Stable Entrance to frame the movie screen.
I added a bandana pennant banner in red and blue, and hung them across our seating area. I also hung Western Paper Lanterns under the stable sign. I set out bales of hay for our guests to sit on. Each seat had a cowboy hat on it to wear during the movie. Our guests can always expect to get in the spirit of our themed parties!
The party table had some delicious treats for our guests to munch on during the movie. I decorated the table with Wagon Wheels to create the look of a covered wagon. Western Lanterns kept the table lit up as the evening grew darker. I added a plastic Longhorn Skull to hang over the food. I also added some Globe String Lights to the front of the table.
Money bags were set out on the table, filled with chocolate coins. But keep a lookout for any bandits that may be around!
Outdoor movies call for S'mores! I personalized a DIY favor bag kit and filled it with everything you'll need to make a tasty S'mores treat! They were also accompanied with some delicious chocolate bars that I also personalized with bandana print wrappers. These were so perfect for our Western Outdoor Movie Party!
Delicious chocolate cupcakes were wrapped in personalized bandana cupcake wrappers, and decorated with toppers from Blanca, over at Creativities Galore! I used Western denim boxes as popcorn holders for an easy grab and go snack, for outdoor movie watching. Ice cream + soda floats were also set out in Glass Boot Mugs for our guests to cool their heels.
A Western Round Up Directional Sign pointed our guests to where they needed to go, and some Western Sign Cutouts, a Cowboy Hat Standee, a Cowboy Boot Cutout, and a Sheriff's Star Standee were placed around the yard for an added western feel!
With some fun Western Photo Props, our guests could pose as bandits, cowboys and sheriffs while standing in our Jail Standee. Yep! We caught ourselves a ruthless bandit.
Our Western Outdoor Movie Party was a hit! It was a perfect time spent with some neighbors, while enjoying some Summer fun!
