Galentine's Day Party Ideas | Tips for Celebrating Special Friends

Host a Galentine's Day Party to celebrate those special friends in your life! Spoil them with sweet treats, a fun festive setting, and a bubbly bar! Set out cute photo props and a camera to make memories that you can all look back on. I'm sharing some sweet party inspiration + a few ideas and tips for throwing your own Galentine's Day party!

I'm always in the mood for celebrating! And when you have friends that have touched your heart, listened to your fears and dreams, and have been there with you through thick and thin, celebrating your friends is a must! You can keep it simple, or go all out. As long as you're together, magical memories will happen. Here are some easy steps to help you get started:

- Pick a color palette and/or theme. Have fun with your theme! Maybe there's something personal you can add to your set up.

- Choose decor that will help bring out your colors and coordinate with your Galantine's Party theme. Mix colors and patterns too. Add one or two "Wow"pieces to your decor or tablescape.

- Create a menu. Will you be serving dinner? Brunch? Don't forget the sweet treats! Drinks served in fun cups are always a good idea!

- Plan some activities. Create a photo booth, craft, or maybe throw a dance party! Either way you dice it, just plan to have a great time with your Gals.

Prepare simple party food that will keep your guests happy and satisfied! Cupcakes are always easy. Serve them in a sparkly cupcake wrapper, and top with conversation hearts and fun toppers.

Store bought treats are an easy alternative and a great time saver! Dress up your donuts by drizzling colored chocolate over the top. Add fun sprinkles and conversation hearts. Watch them disappear!

Beverage bars are all the rage! Whether you're using a bar cart to display your sweet sips, or a special table to serve your juices, make it fun and festive! Garnish your glasses with mint leaves. Add some rock candy. Beverage napkins that coordinate with your theme are always a good idea. And don't forget a fun banner!

Send your Gals home with a sweet parting gift; a simple token that will make them look back on the fun time you all had together. A fun picture frame to hold all the fun photos you captured during the party, a journal, or maybe some bath fizz for when they can steal a moment for themselves.
