LEGO Batman Movie Party + Legoland Event

Have you had a chance to catch the LEGO Batman Movie? My boys were so happy to celebrate the newest film with a fun movie release party!
What my boys didn't know was that I had planned their LEGO Batman Movie Party in conjunction with a surprise trip to Legoland, where I got to contribute for Arizona Families and cover THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE DAYS event!
Do you want to create a LEGO Batman movie party? I've got some easy ideas that will help you plan your own party with ease! You'll need a fun backdrop, no-fuss snacks, capes, party favors, and festive decor.
Use a movie poster to create a bold backdrop for your main party table. I found this cool LEGO Batman movie poster at Walmart. Add a city scape, some balloons, and you're well on your way to creating a festive party!
LEGO themed party favors are also a must for a LEGO Batman Movie Party! Add packages of LEGO mini figures and tie them onto gable boxes. Fill the gable boxes with other fun prizes and treats.
Our friend Jennifer, from The Party Teacher, created this darling Batman themed fabric garland. I found it in her shop and knew it would be perfect for our party. It's always a nice touch to add handmade decor to your parties!
Want to make your party area super festive? Be sure to add some paper lanterns, and tissue balls! For a fun touch, string them up above the party table. They add the perfect pop to your celebration!
You can find Batman dinner plates, dessert plates, napkins, and cups, over at Shindigz!
Make your guests feel like a caped crusader by giving each guest a cape. Add them to the back of each chair for a quick and easy costume change! I found these inexpensive children's capes at Target.
My boys had fun eating their popcorn and building their LEGO mini figures. They were so excited when I told them that we were heading to Legoland the next day!

We started the fun by visiting the Event Booth. They handed out Batman masks and even had a super cool drawing to enter. Plus there's a scavenger hunt for a chance to win an awesome LEGO Batman prize pack!

Feeling creative? Test your skills at the Build Your Own Batmobile event! You can build your very own Batmobile and race with other builders to receive a ribbon and a certificate!
